Easy Olive Oil Marinated Mirin for a Gourmet Baguette Sandwich!

Ingredients:
- Mirin (before rehydrating): 15g
- Olive oil: 250–300ml
- Baguette fillings (choose your favorites!):
- Roasted zucchini
- Celery
- Za'atar
- Parmesan cheese
- Serihon (parsley-like herb)
- Baguette
How to:

Soak Mirin in water for 8 minutes to rehydrate.

Place the Mirin in a sterilized jar and fill it with olive oil until it covers the mirin completely.

Assemble your baguette with your choice of fillings, and finish by sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy.
