Domestic Shipping

【Important notice due to the change in delivery method】

From March 2026, we are changing the shipping carriers from Japan Post to Yamato Transport. If you order our products during the shifting period, we send the parcels as follows depending on the timing you order. 

  • Regular shipping: “Parcel Delivery (Yamato Transport)” or “Yu-Pack (Japan Post)”
  • Mail-in Service: “Nekopos (yamato Transport)”  or “Yu-Packet (Japan Post)”


We cannot take your requests about the shipping carriers. Note that we do not change the shipping fee from the change.

ABOUT THE DELIVERY FEE 

■Standard Delivery

    ・Room Temperature Delivery：￥900（including tax）

    ・Refrigerated Delivery： ￥1100（including tax）

    ＊We charge an additional fee (+¥ 200 ) for Hokkaido and Okinawa.

    ＊In order to maintain quality, all orders placed between June 10th and the end of September will be shipped using refrigerated shipping.

    ＊Please note that the period to deliver with refrigerated shipping may be extended depending on weather conditions.

    ■ Frozen Delivery
    ￥1650 (Nationwide uniform pricing, including tax)

      ■ Mail-in Service
      ￥350 (Nationwide uniform pricing, including tax)

      ＊This serveice is available except orders placed between middle June and the end of September to maintain the quality.

      ＊Please note that the period may be extended depending on weather conditions.

      ＊This serveice is available for a total of 4 items including "SEA VEGETABLE: Suji-Aonori" (whole form and powder), "SEA VEGETABLE: Atsuba-Aosa Seaweed", and "Suji-Aonori Furikake Seasoning".

      ＜ Cautions when using Mail-in Service ＞
      ・We will deliver the items via the mailbox instead of hand-to-hand delivery.
      ・You cannot specify the date of delivery.
      ・To maintain the quality, please take the goods as soon as they are delivered.

      Order cancelation

      If you would like to cancel the order, please contact us via email or the phone. 

      ＊We cannot accept cancelation once we ship the products. 

      ＊If you do not receive the products, we charge the price of the products and shipping fees for both ways.
