We are constantly exploring the potential of seaweed as a food ingredient and producing seaweed in collaboration with professional chefs, researchers, fishermen, and local residents. In addition to developing our own products, we provide seaweed to various partners such as manufacturers, retailers, and restaurants, and continue to work to bring the deliciousness of seaweed to as many people as possible. We are also working to clarify the health value of seaweed through quality control and nutritional analysis, and disseminate information such as recipe suggestions.

We receive many inquiries from companies and local governments, such as ``There is a shortage of seaweed, which is the raw material for our own products,'' ``The local fishing industry is in decline and employment is decreasing,'' and ``We want to contribute to nature positivity and blue carbon.''Sea VegetableUtilizing the seaweed cultivation technology cultivated through in-house research, we have successfully mass-produced more than 10 types of seaweed, which had not been established before. Furthermore, we are working with local governments and fishermen around the country to create new seaweed production areas.

We are working to convey the deliciousness and diverse uses of seaweed through eating and drinking experiences. At our permanent base in Yaesu, Tokyo, we have opened a restaurant that focuses on seaweed.Sea VegesWe operate the SEAVEGE-Kitchen Lab, which specializes in research on cooking, processing, and fermentation. The accumulation of these food experiences increases the number of friends who foster food culture, and creates a place that serves as a gateway to new initiatives.

In addition to research and development of seaweed and product development for food use, we are collaborating with a variety of domestic and international partners with the aim of expanding the possibilities for other uses. We are collaborating with businesses in a wide range of fields to create new markets for the use of seaweed, which is still unexplored in the world, and to expand globally from Japan. Furthermore, we aim to create a social system that creates a positive cycle among the seaweed industry, food culture, local communities, and the marine ecosystem.

In 2025, we launched a co-creation project to open up new possibilities for seaweed, with the aim of restoring the marine ecosystem and creating a seaweed food culture. This is a project community where companies from multiple fields and industries participate and work together to create the future of the ocean.
