One of the best seaweeds to pair with Korean cuisine is "Mirin." Simply wrapping it around store-bought perilla leaf kimchi transforms it into a delicious and impressive dish.

Ingredients:

  • Mirin (before rehydrating): 15g
  • Store-bought perilla leaf kimchi: to taste 

How to:

  1. Place Mirin in a bowl of water and soak for 8 minutes.
  2. Wrap the oil-marinated perilla leaves with the Mirin, and you're done!
