Mirin Yogurt

When paired with yogurt, you’ll have a delicious seaweed dessert ready to enjoy.

材料:

  • Salt-preserved/dried mirin (before soaking) – as much as you like
  • 1 apple
  • Yogurt – 1 serving
  •  


    HOW TO:

    1. For salt-preserved mirin: Rinse in a bowl, changing the water twice, then soak in fresh water for 8-10 minutes.
    2. For dried mirin: Soak in water for 8 minutes.
    3. Grate the apple and lightly pat dry the mirin with a paper towel, then mix them together.
    4. Serve yogurt in a bowl and top with the mirin apple mixture.

    If the apple is less tart, adding a bit of vinegar (fruit vinegar is preferable) can enhance the flavor and improve preservation for a few days.
