For three limited days on August 3rd (Sat), August 6th (Tue), and August 28th (Wed), Sea Vegetable Company is collaborating with prominent Tokyo restaurants to showcase dishes featuring seaweed across various cuisines such as Japanese, Italian, Modern Indian, and desserts.

While seaweed is often associated with traditional Japanese cuisine, it harmonizes well with a wide range of culinary genres. Sea Vegetable's products have been beloved from local izakayas to over 30 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. In this special collaboration with eff Co., three restaurants in Tokyo—酛 TOKYO, NIRVANA New York, and Sel Sal Sale—will host unique food events featuring seaweed.
