Refrigerated Shipping During the Summer Season

As we approach the hot summer days, we have conducted tests to ensure the quality of our products under high temperatures. Unfortunately, we found out that some products may deteriorate in the quality due to high temperatures via the shipping process.

In light of these results and to maintain the high-quality of products, we have decided to switch to refrigerated shipping for all products as a special measure during the summer season. Consequently, we will be implementing a change in shipping costs for a limited period.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause. Great care will be taken while this work is being performed, so we humbly request your understanding and cooperation.

Before the Change:

• Free shipping for purchases totaling ¥5,000 (tax included) or more.
• For purchases totaling less than ¥5,000 (tax included): ¥900 (tax included) *An additional ¥200 (tax included) will be charged for deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa.

After the Change:

• Free shipping for purchases totaling ¥5,000 (tax included) or more.
• For purchases totaling less than ¥5,000 (tax included): ¥1,100 (tax included)*An additional ¥200 (tax included) will be charged for deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa.
