Suji-Aonori Corn Soup

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  • Dried Suji Aonori: to taste
  • Corn: 1 ear (about 180g of kernels)
  • Heavy cream: 100ml
  • Milk: 300ml
  • Maggi Consomme Granules: 4.5g
  • Salt: 2g
  • Black pepper (coarsely ground): 0.5g

Instructions:

  1. Boil the corn and remove the kernels.
  2. In a blender, combine the corn kernels with all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Finally, sprinkle Suji Aonori on top before serving.
