Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- Dried Suji Aonori: to taste
- Corn: 1 ear (about 180g of kernels)
- Heavy cream: 100ml
- Milk: 300ml
- Maggi Consomme Granules: 4.5g
- Salt: 2g
- Black pepper (coarsely ground): 0.5g
Instructions:
- Boil the corn and remove the kernels.
- In a blender, combine the corn kernels with all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Finally, sprinkle Suji Aonori on top before serving.
