Suji-Aonori Pasta

Pasta Made with 100% Suji-Aonori Instead of Basil for Pesto
〜・〜・〜・〜・〜・〜・〜・〜・〜・〜・〜・〜・〜・

Ingredients:

  • Dried Suji-Aonori: 5g
  • Toasted pine nuts (or any nuts): 25g
  • Fresh garlic: 5g–10g (sliced)
  • Salt: 1g–2g
  • Olive oil: 60cc

HOW TO:

  1. Toast the pine nuts in a frying pan. (You can also use store-bought roasted nuts as a substitute.)
  2. In a container, combine the garlic, toasted pine nuts, salt, olive oil, and Suji-Aonori. Blend until smooth.
  3. Toss the mixture with cooked pasta.

  4. Finish by sprinkling additional Suji-Aonori on top before serving.

Note: Adjust the amount of garlic to change the aroma of the Suji-Aonori; less garlic will make the seaweed flavor stand out more.
