This hands-on experience aids in recipe development and enhances the use of seaweed in various culinary applications.

Nutritional Analysis and Quality Control

In collaboration with research partners, we conduct nutritional analysis and monitoring studies to highlight the health benefits of seaweed. Our internal quality control team oversees microbial monitoring and works with research teams and production facilities to improve quality.
