TOSAKA NORI Muscat Vinegar Soda

A soda drink featuring the seaweed "Tosakanori," known for its compatibility with acidity. The fruity acidity of muscat vinegar accentuates its unique characteristics, bringing out its crunchy texture and vibrant red color.
Not only visually stunning but the drink also represents a visual reminiscent of seaweed swaying in the ocean.

These donuts, made from a mixture of wheat flour, glutinous rice flour, organic soybeans, and soy milk, are topped with cocoa butter and cocoa mass instead of sauce, resembling takoyaki (octopus balls). The subtle sweetness of the donuts is complemented by the flavor of "Sujiaonori" seaweed, offering a unique dessert experience.
