Sea Vegetable Opens Special Booth at Isetan Shinjuku for a Limited Time


A special event that allows you to explore the potential of seaweed through new culinary experiences will be held at Isetan Shinjuku and Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi from September 18th (Wed) to October 8th (Tue). Collaborating with various food professionals, Sea Vegetable will present an exciting lineup featuring over 120 stores, showcasing everything from sweet treats to savory dishes that pair perfectly with drinks, all highlighting the versatility of seaweed.

To coincide with the event, Sea Vegetable will set up a special booth dedicated to “all things seaweed” at the Food Collection on the B1 floor of Isetan Shinjuku from September 18th (Wed) to September 24th (Tue). You can enjoy exclusive dishes like our "Seaweed and Seasonal Fish Ramen" and original craft gin featuring seaweed, along with limited-time seaweed dishes and sweets in collaboration with renowned restaurants such as Nirvana New York, Singapore Seafood Republic Tokyo, and Azuki to Koori.

会期中、シーベジタブルは、海藻と旬魚のラーメンや海藻を使用したクラフトジンなど提供する他、モダンインド料理を提供する「ニルヴァーナ ニューヨーク」、シーフードレストランの「シンガポール・シーフード・リパブリック 東京」、日本とフランスの食材と技術が織りなすかき氷「あずきとこおり」などの名店とコラボレーションし、期間限定で海藻料理やスイーツを提供いたします。

Sea Vegetable:Seaweed and Seasonal Fish Ramen - ¥1,801 (incl. tax)


This dish, supervised by our partner chef Daisuke Okada, features a rich broth made from high-quality fish scraps and heads, combined with kelp, green onions, and our unique "Aonori Soy Sauce." This soy sauce is made from fermented Suji-Aonori, developed by our brand Re-seaweed, creating a one-of-a-kind flavor.
