Mozuku Kimchi

Letting the mozuku sit with the kimchi allows the flavors to deepen and the kimchi to infuse the mozuku more thoroughly.

Ingredients:

  • Mozuku Seaweed... as much as you like
  • Kimchi ... as much as you like

 

How to:

  1. Use homemade or store-bought kimchi as per your preference. Transfer the sticky mozuku to a bowl.
  2. Add the desired amount of kimchi to the mozuku. Mix well until evenly combined.
  3. Serve immediately for a quick and delicious side dish.

For a more intense flavor, let the mixture sit for a while to allow the kimchi flavors to meld with the mozuku.
