Mozuku Mushroom Hotpot

For a healthy yet satisfying dish, replace rice or noodles with mozuku as a final touch. Enjoy the delightful combination of ingredients enveloped in mozuku's unique texture.

Ingredients:
- Mozuku: 50g
- Your favorite hot pot broth
- Water: 200ml
- Chicken thigh: 250g
■A Ingredients:
- Bunashimeji mushrooms: 1 pack
- King oyster mushrooms: 1 pack
- Maitake mushrooms: 1 pack
- Enoki mushrooms: 1 pack
- Tofu: 1 block
- Leek: 1 stalk (cut into chunks)
How to:
- Pour water and your chosen hot pot broth into a deep pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add the chicken thigh pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to cook through.
- Add the bite-sized pieces of ingredients A to the pot.
- Cook until all the ingredients are thoroughly heated.
- Once the ingredients are cooked, add the sticky mozuku to the pot.
- Be careful not to overheat the mozuku. Add before serving to prevent it from dissolving too much.
Mozuku should be added last and cooked briefly to retain its texture and prevent it from dissolving excessively.
