Mozuku Mushroom Hotpot

For a healthy yet satisfying dish, replace rice or noodles with mozuku as a final touch. Enjoy the delightful combination of ingredients enveloped in mozuku's unique texture.

Ingredients:
- Mozuku: 50g
- Your favorite hot pot broth
- Water: 200ml
- Chicken thigh: 250g
■A Ingredients:
- Bunashimeji mushrooms: 1 pack
- King oyster mushrooms: 1 pack
- Maitake mushrooms: 1 pack
- Enoki mushrooms: 1 pack
- Tofu: 1 block
- Leek: 1 stalk (cut into chunks)
How to:
- Pour water and your chosen hot pot broth into a deep pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add the chicken thigh pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to cook through.
- Add the bite-sized pieces of ingredients A to the pot. After cook until all the ingredients are thoroughly heated. Then, add the sticky mozuku to the pot.

- *Be careful not to overheat the mozuku. Add before serving to prevent it from dissolving too much.

Tip:
Mozuku should be added last and cooked briefly to retain its texture and prevent it from dissolving excessively.
