Mozuku Somen Noodles

Enhance the texture of your somen noodles by adding the sticky goodness of mozuku seaweed to your usual dipping sauce. It'll give your somen noodles a whole new vibe and make them even more satisfying to eat!

Ingredients(Serves1):
- Mozuku Seaweed: 50g
- Somen noodles: 125g
- Mentsuyu soup
HOW TO:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the somen noodles, making sure they are spread out evenly. Boil for 1.5 to 2 minutes over high heat.
- Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them thoroughly under cold running water.
- Finally, add the mozuku seaweed, and it's all done!
