Mozuku Somen Noodles

Enhance the texture of your somen noodles by adding the sticky goodness of mozuku seaweed to your usual dipping sauce. It'll give your somen noodles a whole new vibe and make them even more satisfying to eat!

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • Mozuku: 50g
  • Somen noodles: 125g
  • Mentsuyu (Japanese noodle base: soy sauce and dashi)

How to:

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the somen noodles, making sure they are spread out evenly. Boil for 1.5 to 2 minutes over high heat.
  2. Once cooked, drain the noodles in a colander and rinse them thoroughly under cold running water. 
  3. Finally, add the mozuku seaweed, and it's all done!
