Sea Vegetable Opens Special Booth at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi for a Limited Time


Sea Vegetable will open a limited-time “Seaweed Special” booth at Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi's B1 Food Collection from October 2 (Wed) to October 8 (Tue).

The special event "EAT & MEET SEA VEGETABLE" will take place at both Isetan Shinjuku and Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi from September 18 (Wed) to October 8 (Tue), showcasing a collaboration between Sea Vegetable and various culinary professionals. Over 120 participating stores will present new experiences featuring seaweed.

Features of the Special Booth:

  • Enjoy eat-in menus such as Seaweed and Seasonal Fish Ramen and Mirin Fruit Anmitsu.
  • Collaborations with renowned chefs, including the Michelin-starred restaurant La Paix and the long-established kaiseki restaurant Nihonbashi Yukari.
  • Live demonstrations and sales of products, including seaweed-based sausages, bento boxes, and sushi, in collaboration with over 10 brands.



【Limited】EAT-IN

During the event, Sea Vegetable will serve dishes like Seaweed and Seasonal Fish Ramen and Mirin Fruit Anmitsu, as well as a variety of seaweed-infused offerings, including Shiso Beer made with Tosa Nori and Craft Gin infused with Seaweed. Guests can enjoy an array of seaweed-based dishes, desserts, and drinks.


Sea Vegetable:Seaweed and Seasonal Fish Ramen (1,801 yen, tax included)

This dish, supervised by our partner chef Daisuke Okada, features a rich broth made from high-quality fish scraps and heads, combined with kelp, green onions, and our unique "Aonori Soy Sauce." This soy sauce is made from fermented Suji-Aonori, developed by our brand Re-seaweed, creating a one-of-a-kind flavor.

Tableware and cutlery will be provided by ARAS, a brand that upholds the concept of "strong, beautiful shapes."
