Hijiki Purple Salad

Material (for 2 people):

・ Purple cabbage: 50g
・ Shiozura Wako Hijiki: 30g
Or dry young hijiki: 5g
・ Oba: 1,2 sheets

How to:

  1. [In the case of Shiozura Wako Hijiki] Rinse the water twice in a bowl, rinse, add new water and drain the salt for 3 minutes.
  2. [In the case of dried young hijiki]Put the bells in the water -drained bowl and put it in water for 6 minutes.
  3. After draining the water, remove the water with the paper and the hijiki.Cut to a length of about 3cm.
  4. Cut the purple cabbage in shredded, and chop the large leaves thinly.
  5. Mix everything softly and serve it in a bowl.
  6. If you don't have enough taste, apply your favorite dressing.
