Mirin Perilla Leaf Kimchi Roll

One of the best seaweeds to pair with Korean cuisine is "Mirin." Simply wrapping it around store-bought perilla leaf kimchi transforms it into a delicious and impressive dish!

Ingredients:

  • Salted/Dried Mirin (before desalting/rehydrating): 100g/15g
  • Store-bought perilla leaf kimchi: as desired

Instructions:

  1. For Salted Fresh Mirin: Rinse in a bowl, changing the water twice, then soak in fresh water for 8-10 minutes to desalinate.
  2. For Dried Milin: Place Milin in a bowl of water and soak for 8 minutes.
  3. Wrap the oil-marinated perilla leaves with the Milin, and you're done!
