Suji-Aonori with Raw Oyster


A quick and easy to appetizer to make!  Chop up the ingredients and sprinkle Suji-Aonori seaweed for the finishing touch!



  • Suji-Aonori seaweed: as much as you like
  • Fresh raw oysters (use those labeled safe for raw consumption, available at supermarkets): 100g
  • Green onions: 20g
  • Miso paste: 20g
  • Olive oil: as needed
  • Black pepper: as needed

How to:

  1. Finely chop the oysters, green onions, and miso paste with a knife.
  2. Once evenly mixed, transfer to a serving dish.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper. Finish by sprinkling "dried wakame seaweed" on top.

A quick and easy to appetizer to make! The combination of Aonori and oysters is a guaranteed winner! Feel free to mix and match with other Sea Vegetable products for even more enjoyment.
