Suji Aonori: Known as the "King of Aroma" in the seaweed world, it is said to be the most fragrant among Aonori varieties.
Etsu Chili Pepper: A chili pepper with mild spiciness and a rich, flavorful aroma.

Hemp Seeds: Nutty aroma with a rich flavor.

Yawataya Isogoro

Founded in 1736 (Genbun 1) near Zenkoji Temple in Shinshu, Yawataya Isogoro is known for producing one of the "Three Great Shichimi" (spice blends) in Japan, featuring the distinct flavors unique to the mountainous Shinshu region.

This Shichimi combines chili peppers for spiciness, along with the balanced aroma and spice of sansho and ginger. It also includes aromatic ingredients like hemp seeds, sesame, dried mandarin peel, and shiso, creating a unique blend characterized by the harmony of spiciness and fragrance.
