・ Shiozura/Dry Mirin (before salt removal/before watering) 100g/15g
・ Olive oil: 250-300ml
- Rinse the water twice in a bowl, rinse, add new water and drain salt for 8 to 10 minutes.
After draining the water, remove the water with the paper.
- Put a raw mirin in a storage bottle that has been disinfected or boiled and wiped off firmly, and then adds enough oil to soak the whole!
