Suji-Aonori Toast


A Toast recipe invented by Tokyo's beloved downtown coffee shop, "Higashi Mukojima Coffee".


Ingredients (for 1 person):

・ Dried Suji-Aonori : Plenty of your favorite amount
・ Bread: 1 slice
・ Mayonnaise: your favorite amount
・ Natural salt: One pintch


How to:

  1. Spread plenty of mayonnaise on one side of a slice of bread and toast it in a toaster.
  2. When the bottom side is browned and the mayonnaise on the top side starts to sizzle, remove it from the toaster.
  3. Sprinkle shredded Suji-Aonori seaweed on the side with mayonnaise, and finally, sprinkle a pinch of salt to finish.
