Suji-Aonori Toast


Reproduction recipe of the popular menu item "Seaweed Toast" from the beloved downtown Tokyo coffee shop, "Higashi Mukojima Coffee".

The flavor is enhanced by sprinkling the seaweed after the toast is baked, creating a luxurious taste that becomes addictive once you try it.


Material (for 1 person):

・ The dried Suji-Aonori : Plenty of your favorite amount
・ Bread: 1 slice
・ Mayonnaise: your favorite amount
・ Natural salt: One pintch


How to:

  1. Spread plenty of mayonnaise on one side of a slice of bread and toast it in a toaster.
  2. When the bottom side is browned and the mayonnaise on the top side starts to sizzle, remove it from the toaster.
  3. Sprinkle shredded Sujiaonori seaweed on the side with mayonnaise, and finally, sprinkle a pinch of salt to finish.
