Shime Saba with Mirin & Young Hijiki Salad

Ingredients:
- Mirin: to taste
- Young Hijiki: to taste
- Shime saba (marinated mackerel)
- Arugula (or any leafy greens)
Instructions:
- Mirin: Soak in water for 8 minutes to rehydrate, then drain well.

- For Young Hijiki: Soak in water for 6 minutes.
- Wash the arugula (or any leafy greens you preferred) and place it on a plate.

- Top with Young Hijiki and Mirin, then add the shime saba to finish.
