Shime Saba with Mirin & Young Hijiki Salad

Ingredients:

  • Mirin: to taste 
  • Young Hijiki: to taste
  • Shime saba (marinated mackerel)
  • Arugula (or any leafy greens) 

Instructions:

  1. Mirin: Soak in water for 8 minutes to rehydrate, then drain well.
  2. For Young Hijiki: Soak in water for 6 minutes.
