- Tosakanori seaweed (before desalting or rehydrating): As much as you like
- 1 Passionfruit
HOW TO:

For Salt-Preserved Tosakanori: Rinse the seaweed twice, changing the water each time to remove the salt. Then, soak it in water for about 3 minutes to fully desalinate.

For Dried Tosakanori: Rehydrate the seaweed by soaking it in water for 4 minutes.
- Cut open the passionfruit and serve it alongside the Tosakanori.
