Ingredients:

  • Tosakanori seaweed (before desalting or rehydrating): As much as you like
  • 1 Passionfruit

HOW TO:

  1. For Salt-Preserved Tosakanori: Rinse the seaweed twice, changing the water each time to remove the salt. Then, soak it in water for about 3 minutes to fully desalinate.

  2. For Dried Tosakanori: Rehydrate the seaweed by soaking it in water for 4 minutes.
