Ingredients:
- Tosakanori (before rehydrating): 6g
- Zha cai (Sichuan pickled mustard stem): 5-6 slices
- Sesame oil: about 2 tsp
- Green onions: to taste
- White sesame seeds: to taste

How to:

Soak Tosakanori in water for 4 minutes to rehydrate.
- Combine the soaked Tosakanori, zha cai, sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds in a bowl or on a plate. Mix well.
