Ingredients:

  • Tosakanori (before rehydrating): 6g
  • Zha cai (Sichuan pickled mustard stem): 5-6 slices
  • Sesame oil: about 2 tsp
  • Green onions: to taste
  • White sesame seeds: to taste

How to:

  1. Soak Tosakanori in water for 4 minutes to rehydrate.

  2. Combine the soaked Tosakanori, zha cai, sesame oil, green onions, and sesame seeds in a bowl or on a plate. Mix well.
  3. That's it! Your delicious appetizer is ready to enjoy.
