Gratin with Suji-Aonori

[Suji-Aonori x Gratin] A special gratin recipe perfect for cozy winter meals at home. The rich cream pairs wonderfully with the flavorful green seaweed.

Ingredients (for 2 people):
- Suji-Aonori: As much as you like
- Onion: 1/2
- Chicken thigh: 100~150g
- Butter: 10g
- Flour: 2~3 tablespoons
- Milk: 400cc
- Consommé cube: 1
- Macaroni: 40g
- Pizza cheese: 40g
How to:
- Cut the chicken thigh and onion into appropriate sizes, melt the butter in a pot, and sauté them.
- Once the onion releases moisture, add flour and mix lightly until the flour is no longer powdery.
- Add milk, consommé, and macaroni, and simmer over low heat, stirring slowly until it thickens.
- Transfer the mixture to a gratin dish, top with pizza cheese, and bake at 250°C for about 10 minutes.
- Once the cheese is browned, it's done! Sprinkle the desired amount of dried green seaweed on top and enjoy.
