Brand Development: RE-SEAWEED
RE-SEAWEED is a brand developed by SEA VEGETABLE Test Kitchen. Having worked with over 100 types of seaweed, the brand highlights the untapped potential of seaweed as a culinary ingredient.
Restaurant Collaborations
Our seaweed has been embraced by over 30 Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. Notably, in 2023, chef Hideki Ishizaka from SEA VEGETABLE collaborated with "noma Kyoto," featuring seaweed-based dishes and decorative elements, garnering significant attention.
Seaweed Cuisine Events
We have provided full-course seaweed-based meals at exclusive events hosted by the skincare brand LA MER in Singapore, serving over 100 VIP guests. We also organize seaweed cuisine events in Italy, Denmark, Norway, and other regions in collaboration with local partners.
Production Site Tours
We offer irregular tours of our production sites for municipalities, companies, organizations, chefs, and media representatives.
Educational Programs
We collaborate with municipalities, companies, and organizations to conduct educational programs and workshops for all ages, featuring specialists from SEA VEGETABLE, including researchers and chefs.
Seaweed Camps
We organize Seaweed Camps to foster the next generation of talent in seaweed production, research, and culinary development. These camps connect young researchers and those interested in seaweed-related careers with industry professionals.
Seaweed in Employee Cafeterias
In October 2023, SEA VEGETABLE became a partner of the Blue Seafood Guide, incorporating our cultivated seaweeds such as Suji-Aonori into employee cafeterias. This initiative not only promotes health but also supports marine environmental conservation.

Pop-Up Restaurants: Moba-tei
We operate pop-up restaurants under the name "Moba-tei," offering seaweed-based dishes like tempura, bento, ramen, and salads. These pop-ups have been well-received and often sell out on the first day.
