The collaboration product with Tosa Shirasu 20,000, "Oiled Shirasu - Aonori," features carefully selected Shirasu from Kochi Prefecture, marinated in oil together with the highly aromatic "Suji-Aonori", packed with the scent of the seashore.


The boiled shirasu used is a premium ingredient that showcases its natural umami. Caught at Aki harbour in Tosa Bay, it is processed with only a least quantity of salt which is just the right amount to preserve the Shirasu containing no preservatives and not being bleached. A confit of potatoes and white sesame oil is combined with the shirasu, adding an extra depth of umami.

First, spread a generous amount over toasted bread and savor its fragrant aroma. For a luxurious touch, finish with SEA VEGETABLE: Suji-Aonori. Even enjoyed on its own, the quality of the ingredients shines.
